 Tim Boone Bio: Tim is passionate about Culture and Engagement in every part of life – home, work, church, community! His entire career has been built around building relationships, creating custom programs, consulting to find the best solutions, and the training and development of others. His experience includes the creation and delivery of many successful programs for a wide variety of audiences, from front line call agents to C-level executives, to high school students and church leadership, and more! 

Tim and his wife, Deanna, live in beautiful Bloomfield, Kentucky. His true passion is helping leaders be their BEST, which sends positive ripples throughout the organization. He also enjoys teaching and coaching others how to teach and coach others! Tim spent the last 18 years as a Senior Culture and Engagement Professional with a Fortune 50 company while also sharing his experience independently with organizations of all types.

He brings over 35 years of ‘people consulting’ experience with organizations around the world, in hopes of helping them create incredible cultures that lift teams up and help every employee Be Their B.E.S.T.!!
